Use the report button on any generated image or message, or send the conversation to [email protected]. We review every report and tune our safety filters continuously. Detailed reports with screenshots get the fastest action.

Token packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't pro-rate. Email [email protected] with your invoice number and we'll sort it out fast.
